Delete your PlayMom account and data
PlayMom respects your right to delete your account and all data we hold about you.
Updated September 7, 2026. The steps below apply to PlayMom 2.0; in older versions, open the profile or settings screen to find Delete account.
In-app deletion (preferred)
- Open the PlayMom app on your device.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Read and confirm the deletion prompts. Successful deletion removes the account and its child profiles, play records and preferences from the active PlayMom database.
Email deletion request
If you can't access the app or prefer email, send a deletion request to:
artem@reiterweb.com
Include the email address associated with your account. If you used Sign in with Apple and hid your email, use the relay address shown for PlayMom in your Apple Account settings if available. We may verify account ownership before deletion. We normally respond within one month; if a legally permitted extension is needed, we explain it within that period.
What data is deleted
- Account email and profile data
- Child profiles, activity history, favorites
- PlayMom's account access and subscription-status records
- Server authentication sessions and registered notification tokens
Provider records and limited retention
- Apple, Google Play and RevenueCat may retain purchase and fraud-prevention records under their applicable terms and legal obligations.
- The current PlayMom 2.0 test release disables Firebase usage analytics for the entire version. In versions offering optional analytics, deleting an account or turning analytics off stops new optional analytics and resets the local analytics identifier. These controls do not automatically erase historical events already processed by Firebase. You can request deletion of that personal data by email as well.
- Limited security records, backups and information needed for legal obligations or dispute resolution can remain for the applicable retention period. Contact us for details about records retained for your account.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting your PlayMom account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. To prevent another charge, cancel renewal through Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions, using the account that paid.
